The myWave Patient Loyalty Program is a great way to upgrade and get more from your Sofwave™ experience. With the myWave program, you will receive an e-gift card of up to $100 at the end of your Sofwave™ treatment at a myWave-certified clinic. You will be able to use the e-gift card at the clinic.
- What kind of e-gift card is it?
The myWave e-gift card is a digital gift card valued at $50, $75, or $100 (determined by the Sofwave treatment and the area if performed). You can be awarded the e-gift only after completing your Sofwave™ treatment, and it can only be used in the Sofwave™ provider and clinic where you received the treatment.
- Can I use the discount code with any Sofwave™ doctor?
The myWave code can only be used at a myWave-certified clinic that offers the program. For further infomation on where the myWave Patient Loyalty Program is available please reach out through our contact us page.
- If I've already seen a doctor, how do I get the e-gift card?
The myWave Patient Loyalty Program became available on July 1st, 2023. It can only be used once you have an e-gift code before arriving at your Sofwave™ provider and must be presented to the doctor before starting your Sofwave™ treatment. You can not participate in the program if you have already received your Sofwave™ treatment.
- Are there any other benefits to signing up for MyWave besides the initial e-gift card?
More collagen, more elastin, and HA, and a younger-looking you! The myWave Patient Loyalty Program and e-gift card are great extra perks, with the MAIN attraction being the Sofwave™ treatment experience.
Our treatment uses SUPERB™, next-generation technology proven to produce collagen, elastin, and HA remodeling with noticeable results, lasting up to a year. We are FDA-cleared to improve cellulite, lift the eyebrow, submental, and neck and reduce fine lines & wrinkles. - How is the e-gift card value determined (up to $100)?
You will always benefit from the myWave program and get more from your Sofwave™ experience! The value of the myWave e-gift card is determined at the end of the Sofwave™ treatment and relies on the number of pulses the Sofwave™ practitioner used during the Sofwave™ treatment. If you had a full face treatment, you would receive $100. For the neck and submental areas is $75, and an eyebrow lift will award you $50.
- Can I transfer the e-gift card to a friend if I don't plan on going back for another treatment?
Great news! The myWave e-gift card is transferrable and can be gifted to your friends and family. Now you can enjoy the Sofwave™ treatment, and they can enjoy using the e-gift card towards their Sofwave™ treatment or other products, services, and treatment offered by our myWave-certified Sofwave™ provider.
